Polypropylene with good quality has been applied in extensive fields.Spherical polypropylene catalyst is the development of novelpolypropylene product core. Spherical carrier preparation technology isone of the core technology of polypropylene catalyst. In the publishedvarious types of polypropylene catalyst preparation in the literature, thecarrier preparation technology reported less, on the performance of thecarrier polypropylene catalysts reported also less.This paper uses the high gravity technology in the preparation ofpolypropylene spherical catalyst carrier. The influence of variousconditions on preparation spherical carrier is discussed. Then use thiscarrier preparation polypropylene catalyst and discussed the performanceof these catalysts.The catalyst for propylene polymerization on performance of thecarrier, influence on the catalyst performance, research shows that: the use of high gravity technology for preparation of carrier particles withnarrow size distribution, high spherical, appearance smooth, full, noadhesion phenomenon; the carrier preparation also has a narrow particlesize distribution characteristics, while overweight force high gravitytechnology for preparation of carrier particles in10~80m adjustablerange. Polypropylene spherical catalyst carrier in fine powder content oncatalyst fine powder content has a significant influence, and thus topolymer fine powder content has a great influence on.Industrial application and analysis of data shows that, by usinghigh gravity technology in the preparation of carrier preparationpolypropylene spherical catalyst has high activity, polymer fine powdercontent especially superfine powder in low characteristics.By using high gravity technology preparation carrier high yield, theproduction of spherical catalyst of high yield, short production cycle,having wide industrial application.
