The reaction of oxidizing cyclohexane to cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol taking the cyclohexane as the material and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant with different catalysts was studied. And the effect of various catalysts and its amount, oxidant amount, reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated in this text.The experimental result indicated that:(1) In hydrogen peroxide oxidation of cyclohexane synthesizing cyclohexanone experiment, ferrisulphas was a better catalyst, the cyclohexanone production rate achieved 32.80% under certain condition that acetone 10mL,cyclohexane 0.20mL, ferrisulphas 0.02g,30% hydrogen peroxide 0.50mL,the reaction temperature 80℃,reaction time 10h.(2) In 30% hydrogen peroxide solution oxidated cyclohexane to synthesize cyclohexanone experiment, the cyclohexanone production rate can reach 37.54% under certain condition that the acetone 1.0mL , cyclohexane 0.20mL, phospho-molybdenum acid 0.01g,30% hydrogen peroxide 0.5mL,the reaction temperature 70℃, reaction time 8h.(3) In the reaction of oxidizing cyclohexane by 30% hydrogen peroxide, catalyst tungstic acid and assistant catalyst CDM-5 was the best. The conditions we had gotten through experiments of single-parameter were: solvent acetone of 10mL, material cyclohexane of 0.2mL, catalyst tungstic acid of 0.02g and CDM-5 0.01g, 30% hydrogen peroxide of 1.0mL, the reaction temperature of 70℃, reaction time of 9h. At these conditions the yield of cyclohexanone reached 46.80%. (4) The catalytic effect of self-made catalyst CF on the reaction of oxidizing cyclohexane were studied. The fit conditions we had gotten were: solvent acetone of 10mL, material cyclohexane of 0.2mL, catalyst of CF 0.02g, 30% hydrogen peroxide of 1.0mL, the reaction temperature of 70℃, reaction time of 9h. At these conditions the yield of cyclohexanol reached 29.31%.Hydrogen peroxide is a potential oxidant, and to develop suitable catalyst system is the key job. This work opened up a new way that can be followed for green synthesis of other organic compounds and has a certain reference value.
