With the improvement of people's environmental protection consciousness and the strict environment laws and regulations,the sulfur standard of liquid fuel and the industry material is more and more rigorous.Because of the lower demand of sulfur content,the traditional hydrodesulfurization craft receives the challenge,the non- hydrodesulfurization craft becomes the research hot spot.This article takes the pentane and thiophene/petroleum ether as material to study extraction and oxidation-extraction etc.respectively,and the effect of different factors on desulphurization were studied and proper reaction conditions were found out.The extraction experiment results indicated that:(1)Taking pentane with sulphur content of 24.4mg/L as material,the proper conditions is found out to be like this:using 20%NaOH as extractor,the extraction temperature is 15℃,the extraction time is 15min,the solvent to oil ratio is 0.6:1,the extraction series is two.With these conditions,the sulphur content of raw material reduced from 24.4mg/L to 2.304mg/L,the desulphurization ratio is 90.56%.(2) Taking thiophene/petroleum ether with sulphur content of 200mg/L as material,the proper conditions is found out to be like this:the extractor is multiplex solution of ethanol(95%) and DMF(the volume ratio of them is 0.1),the extraction temperature is 15℃,solvent oil ration is 1:1,extraction time is 10 min and extraction series is two,Under these conditions,the sulfur content is reduced from 200mg/L to 20mg/L,and the desulphurization ratio was above 90%.In the case,the sulfur content of gasoline is from 179.3mg/L to 81.34mg/L,the desulphurization ratio is 54.63%.The oxidation-extraction experiment results indicated that:(1) Taking pentane with sulphur content of 24.4mg/L as material,the proper conditions of oxidized-extraction desulphurization is found out to be like this:the hydrogen peroxide solution amount is 0.5mL, the catalyst tungstic acid amount is 0.009g,the catalysis assist of methyl alcohol the quantity is 0.8mL,the oxidation temperature is 50℃,the reaction time is 100min,and taking the distilled water as extractor,the extraction temperature is 15℃,the solvent to oil ratio of 2:1,the extractive time is 15min,under these conditions,the sulfur content of the pentane may be reduced from 24.4mg/L to 0.489mg/L,the content of sulfur is far lower than the demand of sulfur standard(2) Taking pentane with sulphur content of 24.4mg/L as material,the proper conditions of oxidation desulphurization is found out to be like this:the peroxyacetic acid solution amount is 0.5mL,the oxidized temperature is 30℃,the reaction time is 80min,using 0.625%NaOH as extractor,the extraction temperature is 15℃,the solvent to oil ratio of 2:1, the extraction time is 15min,under these extraction conditions,the sulfur content of the pentane may be reduced from 24.4mg/L to 3.423mg/L,the desulphurization ratio was nearly 85.97%(3) Taking pentane with sulphur content of 24.4mg/L as material,the proper conditions of oxidation-extraction desulphurization is found out to be like this:the peroxyacetic acid solution amount is 0.5mL,the catalyst ferric chloride amount is 0.03g,the oxidation temperature is 30℃,the reaction time is 40min,using distilled water as extractor,the extraction temperature is 15℃,the solvent to oil ratio of 2:1,the extraction time is 15min, under these conditions,the sulfur content of the pentane may be reduced from 24.4mg/L to 3.827mg/L,the desulphurization ratio was 84.32%,which can meet the demand of pentane production as foaming agent(4) Taking thiophene/petroleum ether with sulphur content of 200mg/L as material,the proper conditions is found out to be like this:the amount of hydrogen peroxide is 0.04mL,the amount of catalyst is and 0.03g.the oxidation temperature is 70℃,the reaction time is 90min,The multiplex solvent of ethanol(95%) and DMF(the volume ratio of them is 0.1) was taken as extractor,reaction temperature was 15℃,solvent oil ratio is 1:1,two series extraction was taken and extraction time is 10 min.Under these conditions,sulfur content is reduced from 200mg/L to 4 mg/L,and desulphurization ratio was nearly 99%.In this case,the sulfur content of gasoline is from 179.3mg/L to 43.268mg/L,the desulphurization ratio is 75.87%.
