Dipeptideβ-Ala-Tau as a Small molecule compound.It has been proved thatβ-Ala-Tau strengthen cellular immunity and antifatigue, and has been used for medical treatment field in the USA. The synthesis ofβ-Ala-Tau is primary for the effect and function study.Composed to Other methords,in this paper Mixed-Carbonic Anhydride Methord was used ,the Amido of Alanine was protected by Pht and Chlorine formic acid ester was anhydride reagent.Rection factors has been discussed,it mainly included:The synthesis and purification methor of peptides in the past few years are described. On the basis of this , an useful way of total synthesis and purification ofβ-Ala-Tau is designed.Dipeptideβ-Ala-Tau synthesized using Mixed-Carbonic Anhydride Methord. Ethyl acetate or Tetrahydrofuran was used as solvent, Isobutyl chlorofomate as reagent to form mixer anhydride.The amino group of was protected firstly by the Pht group,and then was removed by hydrazine.Different effects on the synthesis of Dipeptide using Mixed-Carbonic Anhydride Methord were discussed in this paper. Ethyl chlorocarbonate and Isobutyl chloroformate as reagents to form mixer anhydride, Ethyl acetate or Tetrahydrofuran as solvent,reaction temperature.For there is no literature reference compared to Pht-β-Ala-Tau compound,The compound was purified Via recrytal, confirmed the structer by NMR,IR and other properties. Pht was removed by hydrazine, the compound was purifided and tested by NMR and IR, it turned out that the compound isβ-Ala-Tau.
