Carry on the performance testing to the selected raw materials at home and abroad.Also it corresponds to the test system in the mechanical properties of BOPP film comparison test, and analysis the membrane formed and the stability of the film in production.According to the result,it can reveal the mutual inherent law.Not only certain guide significance for domestic BOPP Compound Production of petrochemical enterprises,but also of great significance for domestic BOPP film manufacturers choose the correct raw materials and production equipment in the best state of production as well as access to high-quality products. After this study,the following conclusions can be obtained.(1) Generally speaking,the material in the production of domestic films comprehensive performance compared with imported raw materials,there is a gap.The domestic petrochemical enterprises should invest some resources for research,especially research and development of raw materials from abroad experience.At the same time,working closely with Film processing enterprises to reduce the gap and then catch up with even surpass the advanced international level.(2) Raw materials that selected to BOPP films have melt flow rate generally between 2.7 to 3.6 g/10min.As the rate of production lines become faster,the trend of MFR choice enhances. According to the different applications determine the best MFR.(3) The more BOPP Compound tensile strength and flexural modulus is,the more the film crispness produces.Generally speaking,film tensile strength and flexural modulus correspond greater.(4) More suitable for BOPP film production regularity of the raw materials is 94%to 98%. The ratio of random is 2%to 6%.Some books just analysis of the regulation on the grounds that the proportion of the syndiotactic is small.But according to the paper NMR analysis,the proportion between the syndiotactic bodies should not be neglected.Only the proportion of the regulatory analysis may lead to wrong conclusions.This paper based on the analysis of such regulation and syndiotactic proportion of the total that is tacticity.Generally speaking,the higher tacticity,the better the mechanical properties of the films, but if the tacticity is too high,then it will effect membrane formed of the film,and increase the frequency of rupture of membrane.The existence of the random appropriate ratio is good.It can play the role of internal lubricant in the polymer.Some foreign use the method of adding ethylene small molecules to raw materials as molecular chain of intemal lubrication, we should study and attention.(5) High-speed BOPP film production line(speed of 300 m/min or more),the relative molecular weight distribution is kept 5.0 to 6.0.With the speed of the production line,the relative molecular weight distribution ratio improved the control of trend.According to the specific requirements of the speed,the relative BOPP Compound molecular weight distribution control to the appropriate extent. (6) In order to produce high quality films,we must not only choose the suitable BOPP excel,but also the correct choice of accessories(not covered in this paper) and appropriate technology control.At the same time,the various production processes must be strictly controlled and management.
