In the field of automobile manufacturing,the injector assembly plays an important role in the diesel engine.This paper designs and enforces the electric control system of the pin-valve pressure chamber with the design of components in pin-valve pressure chamber as its object.1.This paper analyzes its background and significance and proposes its content and arrangement.2.This paper introduces the matching parts of bean and the injector assembly,analyzes the present situation of the bean processing craft and enumerates the pin-valve nozzle deburring techniques such as organized deburring method,liquid extrusion attrition deburring method,extrusion honing deburring method,electrolysis pressure chamber deburring and so on.3.This paper analyzes the electrolysis mechanism of the pin-valve pressure pulse chamber,discusses the mechanism of pin-valve pressure chamber pulse electrolysis deburring as well as the way to increase the accuracy of electrolysis deburring.4.This paper designs the whole system of pin-valve pressure chamber electrolysis deburring and simply introduces its main parts and function.This paper finally introduces the design and enforcement of the electric control system.5.This paper summaries the main work and forecasts the future according to the weakness in this paper.
