As the most widely used energy source in China,coal is the top priority of the national energy strategy.At present,coking is the most effective way to use coal resources,and it is of great significance to the entire industrial production and national economy.For a long time,the pressure at the bottom of the carbonization chamber has been an important monitoring target for coke oven production.It is not only related to product quality,production environment,resource recovery,but also affects the service life of the furnace.Maintaining the micro-positive pressure at the bottom of the carbonization chamber ensures that the gas can only flow from the carbonization chamber to the heating system during the entire process of coking,and the air will not be sucked into the furnace.Therefore,this paper studies the pressure control of the carbonization chamber and controls the pressure of the carbonization chamber by using appropriate control methods.For a long time,the control of the carbonization chamber pressure has been controlled by indirectly controlling the collector pressure to ensure that the bottom pressure is always at a slight positive pressure.However,in this indirect control mode,there is a large pressure difference in the initial stage of the carbonization chamber,and the bottom pressure fluctuates greatly.Moreover,a coke oven has dozens of hundreds of carbonization chambers but only one gas collection tube.This method can only adjust the entire coke oven,but not to each carbonization chamber.In view of the above problems,this paper designed a single carbonization chamber pressure control device.In this paper,the characteristics of the carbonization chamber object are simplified and analyzed,and the main factors affecting the control and its difficulties are analyzed.At the same time,the pressure control of the carbonization chamber is a micro-pressure control with a very small fluctuation range.It is proposed to design a composite control combining fuzzy control and PID control,and introduce feedforward control.Aiming at the coupling relationship between the carbonization chamber groups,the fuzzy decoupling based on neural network compensation is proposed to reduce the coupling degree of the system.Finally,programming simulations are performed on the MATLAB platform.The results show that the control scheme can realize the real-time control of the pressure value of the carbonization chamber,and the system has good robustness against interference.The decoupling control scheme can decouple the original system and realize linearization tracking of input and output.The feasibility of the control schemein this paper is verified.
