Yangzhou fried rice is the product of the Canal culture and the quality works of Chinese traditional food culture.The ancient city Yangzhou,hometown of Huaiyang Cuisine,is famous of her pastry.Yangzhou steamed stuffed buns are the representative product of Huaiyang pastry.Yangzhou Tianwei food company is the joint venture by Singapore First food company and Yangzhou Fuzi food company.It is located in Guangling Food Industry Park of Yangzhou."Tianwei Food" plans to produce steamed stuffed buns 60,000 tons,fried rice 30,000 tons and spring rolls 4,000 tons every year,as well to reach 180 million yuan on sales volume,it also wants to use the sales network of "First Food".Jointly the two sides intended to make "Tianwei Food" to be the best of the steamed stuffed buns industry in the world.This design is a workshop design which based on the basic data of "Tianwei Food".In the design process,strictly according to the requirement of GMP and HACCP,the quality and health of products were ensured.At the same time,according to international general convention and the relevant state regulations,laws and standards,this design could meet the demand that products export to EU.Traditional food are industrialized and have both conventionality and disruptive.In the design,pay attention to straightening out production link,ensure logistics unblocked,saving energy and focus on environment protection.Total plane layout was compact and fluent with beautiful and practical buildings as well make sure there are certain greening areas so that civilized production could be embodied.Feasibility study was developed from market forecast and sales strategy,and a detailed flowchart demonstration was carried out.The design analysis each process,and material balance,heat balance were carried out,as well raw materials amount,water,electricity,gas consumption were calculated. The selection of the main equipment was also completed.Finally,investment estimation,cost accounting and some else technical and economic analysis were finished.On the basis of completing the design explanation,whole plant planar graph,main workshop layout graph,workshop pipe layout graph,workshop pipe perspective,workshop drainage artwork and workshop ventilation graph were drawn.
