Has chosen the steep soft coal seam of Leping mining industry bureau in Jiangxi Province as object of study which caol and gas outburst is serious . Through determination correlation outburst parameter ,and unified the mining area outburst history material to analysis, regulate and judge, studied the outburst laws of steep soft coal seam , selected the synthesize target union history statistics forecast method , carve out zhe coal seam outburst region in the mining area , defined forecast sensitive target,and formulated correspondingly technology of against outburst. In the experimental study adopted the research coal seam coal sample to experiment analyze, obtains the coal and rock industry analysis parameter, each outburst target, mechanics performance curve and so on, has studied the coal seam basic characteristic; In the computer simulation, First establishes the models about coal roadway are tunneling and the stonedoor is uncovered in the steep coal seam , and unifies the primary data which the scene actual and the experiment analyzes have obtained ,using the RFPA^2D software system to conduct the numerical simulation, through comparison simulation outburst result and the scene actual outburst accident characteristic to confirmation, proposed affects the steep soft coal seam coal and the gas outburst primary factor.
