Aerator is the protagonist in aeration technology, its performance directly affects the effectiveness and efficiency of aeration, which is widely used in sewage treatment, water quality improvement of the landscape and aquaculture industries. The traditional aeration equipment can be divided into aeration, mechanical aeration jet aeration categories. The principle is different, they have advantages and disadvantages. Blast aeration effect is the best, but it requires the construction of housing and aeration blower pipe network, it requires a lot of investment. Advantages of mechanical aeration is easy installation and maintenance, but its poor results because the aeration in the water. Underwater jet aeration which is low efficiency and easy to plug. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing products, we designed a set of surface and subsurface aeration advantage of the dry compartment blower submersible aerators, and in the scene of the initial test, and achieved good results. The main results are as follows:1. We proposed a new structure in the form of a dry cavity submersible blast aerator. The new aerator is made up of the integrated floating island type float and the aeration piping which fixed in the lower part of float. Blower installed in the float. U-shaped connectivity tube connected blowers and aeration tubing. It means both a dry cavity and submersible. All devices within buoy without considering water sealing problems. Piping system does not have any valve. Therefore, it is high efficiency, easy installation and maintenance.2. We designed two micro porous aeration, they are rotating and fixed. We have designed a micro porous aeration head upward and lateral fumaroles in the aeration tube. High pressure gas through a U-shaped connectivity tube swivel bearing from the seal into the aeration tube. Most of the gas from the porous aeration head up. A small portion of the gas is ejected from the side fumaroles, and in reaction, driven aeration tube 360° rotation, reaching the rotating aeration purposes. We designed a fixed pore aeration device and calculated the aeration piping resistance.3.We made a 1.5KW power station dry cavity submersible blast aerator, and conducted a field experiment in the pond. The results showed that dry cavity submersible blast aerator has a capacity of stirred mixing water bodies. With the increase boot time, different water depths dissolved oxygen content will be consistent, its radius of influence is about 15m.Power 90min, dissolved oxygen at the depth of 0.3m maximum growth rate of 13.35%, the maximum depth of 0.9m at a growth rate of 34.39 percent oxygen, dissolved oxygen at a depth of 1.5m maximum growth rate of 80.21%.4. The dry cavity submersible blast aerator turned on a long time. It will play a certain improvement on water quality within the scope of the aeration tube. Test for 12 hours a day, potassium permanganate index maximum removal rate reached 29.8 percent, the largest ammonia removal rate reached 48.7%. The removal of chlorophyll although effective, the law is not obvious.5. The dry cavity submersible blast aerator is turned stable and reliable. Fixed micro porous aeration device has no moving parts except for blower and the ventilation is good, running six months in the test water, wherein the test by 72 hours of continuous operation and stable performance.
