The characters of the ironstone of our country are indigent,exiguous and complex.about ninty seven percent of the ironstones in our country need cure,if only these ironstones need to be improved the grade of the ironstone, to be reduced silicon dioxide and aluminium trioxide but also they are fully used.it is difficulty to cure the siderite,limonite and hematite withcomplex component , therefore As the academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor in mineral curable area,YongFu Yu advanced a creationary technology called multilevel circular fluidization Roasting process(simple called Flash Magnetization Roasting). this technology can change unmanageable powdered iron oxide to the magnetite in five to hundred seconds on the condition that the high temperature,reductive gas and Rash Magnetization Roasting process. by this method, we can get prime quality production.The key parameter in the circular fluidization roasting process system such as amount of material supplied,the temperature,pressure,gas component and gas-flow rate are so many.the whole system need about more than 30 monitoring sites.especially ,there are a great many of online monitoring sites for reductive gas components such as oxygen,carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide,high temperature meters and the analysis meters which distribute complicated. To get the trends of the experiment,con-troll the process of the experiment,optimize technological parameter timely ,it is better to have a computer centralized control system to control the process data such as the temperature,pressure,gas component and gas-flow rate.then the data access expediently. so we designed PC+PLC based supervisory control System on Flash Magnetization Roasting equipment processThis computer system is composed of personal computer (called PC) and ProgramMable Logic Controller(called PLC). the PC works as the control center,using the humancomputer interaction software of SIEMENS called SIMATIC WinCC (Windows Control Center) to design the control interface of Flash Magnetization Roasting pro-cess. In addition,the other software called Microsoft SQL Server 2000 for WinCC was installed at the same time. It is a database and can save all the data from dynamic process.the data will be real-time shown to us by PC.the data can also be printed anytime when we need them.the PLC works as second level control center to control the equipments and meters and transmit the process data to the computer.To carry out the control system of Flash Magnetization Roasting process,at first,I need to gain a mastery of Flash Magnetization Roasting methodology and behaviour of parameter, according to the conditions of Flash Magnetization Roasting experiment to which type of control equipment can be used.using the right control algorithm to compose program and edit the symbol table.at the same time,building the communication between the PC and the PLC.later,according to the address of variable and parameter of PLC to create man-machine interaction interface,process data archiving interface and report form printed interface. For field connection, we must choose right and appropriate STP to connect field equipments such as frequency converter,regulating valve,thermocouple,pressure transducer and gas analyzer to edulcorate avoidable interference.Passing through debugging and field running,this Flash Magnetization Roasting system run steadily and make it.the whole process works in order and undercontrol.so the system reduce man-power and material resources waste. Improve the controlling behaviour of this system.
