Development And Realization Of The Integrated Manufacturing System With The Subject Of The Tool Information Integration

In the process of digitized manufacturing, many information systems are bought or developed. These systems work in their own ways, the manufacture resource information which come from different systems can't be shared, so the information islands exist. To adapt project's need, we should set up a flat facing the digital workshop to solve information islands. In this paper, the data-base is designed and the integration technology of tool information is researched.Analyzing the company's operation status and requirement particularly, we establish the aim flow of Information Integration System of the digital workshop, get the general programming. The data-base is the foundation to force the system operation normally, following the integration mode of relational data-base, the Information Integration System is explored with the aid of SQL Server2000.For tool information this paper discusses systematically the key techniques as follows: researches the tool libraries of TOOLMANAGER,CATIA,VERICUT which are related to tool. Especially researches how to further develop CATIA software. At last expands tool's attributes of CATIA's tool libraries and presents the exploiture plan and process for the integration of TOOLMANAGER and CATIA. With the help of CATIA's parameter model, presents the exploiture plan and process for the integration of TOOLMANAGER and VERICUT. The integration is explored with the aid of Delphi 7.Through the exploiture of this system, the numerical control programmed personnel can use the tool of TOOLMANAGER to programme and validate, and the tool information is unified and shared in different workshop.
