Research On MBD-based Three-dimensional Assembly Information Integration Technology

Assembly information runs through the whole life cycle of the product in the process of product manufacturing.At present,the digital management system has been promoted in various manufacturing enterprises,but it has not comprehensively solved the problems in the assembly process.Aimming to the problems and requirements encountered by enterprises in the process of product assembly,this paper completes the efficient and unique delivery and expression of assembly data information by establishing a MBD-based three-dimensional assembly information integration system.The integrated information is used to guide assembly tasks in the assembly shop,and improving the core competitiveness of enterprises.The main research work of the paper are as follows:(1)The establishment of MBD-based UG three-dimensional assembly design systemThrough the analysis of the existing system,it is perfected and developed in C++language under Microsoft Visual C++6.0 environment.,and then MBD-based UG three-dimensional assembly design system is developed through UG secondary development technology and the information contained in the three-dimensional model.The information are perfected and added mainly includes assembly information,dimensional tolerance information,assembly constraint information,assembly sequence information,process definition information,and step definition information in the system.(2)The establishment of assembly information MBD modelThrough the analysis of assembly information modeling technology,the importance of MBD technology in modeling is expounded.The assembly information model is analyzed from three aspects about composition,expression and hierarchical division of assembly information,and MBD-based three-dimensional assembly information model is built with MBD technology.The assembly information MBD model includes the UG three-dimensional assembly design module of MBD,the database assembly information table and the information module of the assembly shop management system.(3)The establishment of MBD-based three-dimensional assembly information integration systemIt is perfected and developped in C++ language under Microsoft Visual C++6.0environment,the secondary development technology of UG software is used,ADO technology is used to realize the access connection between UG and SQL database and Tomcat technology is used to realize the connection between database and assembly management module.The module function of the existing assembly shop management system is analyzed and improved,and a MBD-based three-dimensional assembly information integration system is developed.Finally,an example is used to study and verify the MBD-based three-dimensional assembly information integration system.
