With industrial development, screening machinery becomes more and more widely in the sectors of national economy. The performance screening equipment has important effect on the production efficiency and energy saving, which have a direct impact on the economic efficiency of enterprises. There are four parts in this paper.Based on the status and development of vibrating screen at home and abroad, its original principle, structure and performance are analyzed. The conception that the vibrating screen is excited by composite vibration, is set forward.After Screening process are analyzed, the model of structure is established to overcome shortcomings and deficiencies of general vibrating screen. The dynamic analysis is done according to the model of composite vibration. The feasible method of composite excitation is put forward.The composite vibration test equipment is designed and the basic parameters, such as vibration frequency, mass and stiffness, are determined. The reasonable parameters are calculated by optimal design.The four experimental schemes and results show that the screening efficiency and self cleaning ability is increased with composite excitation on the screening device.The feasible design scheme is bring forward to improve on the existing fine materials screening machinery. The study can give a design reference of screening equipment.
