Cold sinter Vibrating Screen is an essential equipment in modern smelting process. In working process, The main components of the Vibrating Screen endure long time high-frequency alternating loads, resulting in fatigue failure of machine parts,which seriously affect the service life of the machine. So, it is a pressing problem to research on vibrating screen system and structural dynamics, eliminate stress concentration of vibrating screen, reduce stress and avoid sympathetic vibration for improving its working reliability and extending the life.This thesis established the mathematic model of Cold mine Circular Vibrating Screen, made the kinematics and system dynamics and vibration, resonance analysis, made a three-dimensional design of large Cold sinter Circular Vibrating Screen by the use of the design software PRO/ENGNEER.Using the commercial finite element software ANSYS, adopting the three-dimensional shell elements to establish the finite element model of vibrating screen frame, doing the modal analysis and the harmonic analysis of the vibrating screen frame,got the first ten frequencies and the stress distribution under steady state. Based on the results, optimized the screen frame structural by strengthening the intensity of the lateral board, the structure after alternation didn't have sympathetic vibration under steady state, and the dynamic stress distribution more uniform and meet the design requirement.Through the Finite Element Method, did the static and dynamic analysis on rubber-metal spiral composite spring, got stiffness and the frequency of the composite spring, put forward a new method to the composite spring designing.This research provides a new structure modification program for solving vibrating screen strength problem, and has a great significance to large Cold mine Circular Vibrating Screen design in order to avoid structure resonance, eliminate stress concentration, improve its work reliability ,and extend its service life. In addition, the research opens up a new analysis method to the composite spring.
