The vibration screen can complete the accurate sizing is urgently needed as the steel industry pay more attention to the particle size testing and control of the materials and fuels.Based on the actual production needs of the user corporate, we have designed a new type of particle size testing screen with high creening efficiency in this thesis,and comprehensive and systematically theoretical analysis and experimental investigation to this screen was done.1. First of all, the author give a study on the research status and development trend of screening machine both at home and abroad, the operation principle of this new type particle size testing vibrating screen was identified and the designs of the concrete structure were completed after a detailed analysis, the correlation parameters such as the excitation force, vibration isolation spring stiffness, the power of drive motors were obtained by calculating.2. According to some simplification principle, the mechanical model of this screen in multi-operating conditions were established,and the corresponding differential equations of forced oscillation were established by Lagrange equation method or the method of dynamic equilibrium, the first five natural frequencies were solved and the response expression of the system in different operating conditions were derived.3. By the analog simulation to the motion trace and the interrelated vibration parameters of this sieve, the author analyzed its motion rules, found out the theoretical support for improve the screening efficiency and validated that the results of the analog simulation had been right by the experimental study, laying a good foundation for subsequent analysis.4. The author discussed seriously the motion rules of the material on the screening surface and the screening process as well as the factors what affecting the screening process and effect, focusing on the throwing index, obtained the main process parameters and vibration parameters by selection or calculation. 5. Had experiment study of the screening efficiency, and analyzed the experiment results to prove that the design of this new particle size testing sieve is reasonable.The new type of particle size testing sieve designed in this thesis can meet the customers'needs and have application in production practice.The design ideas, theoretical analysis,experimental research, the methods and the conclusions can provide some theoretical foundation and referenced value for improving sieve performances and the design and development of other vibrating screen.
