First this thesis is set about from the craft of the abnormal shape polyester fiber , passing to build up a dynamics mathematics model of the abnormal shape fiber spin to analyze the main factor about the abnormal shape degree,and get a result that the polymer temperature ,the blow velocity and the blow position have a great influence to the abnormal shape degree. on the other hand, the influence such as the pump provide quantity and the viscosity of the raw material is not obvious. For get the well-distributed fiber,in the spinning process,to control the melt temperature ,the blow velocity and the blow position is important.On exploitation and production of the abnormal shape fiber spin engineering, this paper point study the abnormal shape spinnerette design theory and the method. On the basis of fluid hydrokinetics, deduced a fluid equation about polymer pass the spinnerette , in terms of theory ,raise the design method of the spinnerette, to analyze the influence question about how to steady the spinning process.this study give a theory basis for spinnerette design.and also study on the shape and size of the spinnerette.On the other hand ,for a important result, this paper give a great point on studying the qenching chamber . With the theory and the method, we dopt the high velocity and low damping to design the qenching chamber. According to this design,the blow decice and medium have an assurance.In the late the production experiment, pass to the reformation blown height and sealed ,the abnormal shape fiber of production is successful.This paper also discussed the industrialization to production.in fact, pass the design about the production device, in physically the production, the craft experienced to grope for process longerly, the adjust of craft parameter pass the reflection from the customer, and improved the function sign gradually, these are in the fabric of the end formation get a good body .
