The preparation of efective-part of Danshen was studied in this article.The extracting technical of liposoluble and hydrosoluble part of Danshen was carried out with orthogonal test,and the refining technical was conformed,then the two efective-parts was produced, the primary quality standards was established yet. Select the optimum prescription and confirm the perparetion procedure of dropping pill of effective-part of Danshen, and its primary quality standards was established also.First, the content of liposoluble and hydrosoluble component of Danshen which come from differ producing area was mensurated, material of experiment use was selected and its primary quality standards was established.Second, orthogonal design was used for studying the effect of factor to extracting technical of liposoluble part of Danshen, with the content of TanshinoneIIA andSalvianolic acid B and extrace yield as evaluation indexes to potimize the extracting technical of liposoluble part of Danshen.Last,in preparative process, with the shape and weight of dropping pills as evaluation indexes to potimize the sort and dosage of matrix.Experimental methods and dropping conditions of dropping pills with high productivity and good quality, accord with the prescript of pharmacopoeia. In quality standards of preparative, the two effective-part was identified if they exist or not by the means of HPLC.TanshinoneIIA,which was the index component of liposoluble effective-part of Danshen, and Salvianolic acid B,which was the index component of hydrosoluble effective-part of Danshen,the content of them was mensurated,and ordain the lowest limit.The method was accurate and quick and it could be used to control the quality of dropping pill of effective-part of Danshen.
