This paper is focused on how to improve the machining accuracy of NC machine tools and product quality and the whole level of manufacture and bring into better play the advantages of NC machine tools facing the needs of fast spread and development of NC machine tools,and research decoding method of finish machining program to NC lathe,for improve machining accuracy of NC lathe. In addition, through theory analysis,error model,machine tools accuracy inspection and identification, error analysis and compensation experiment , the research into machining center geometrical error compensation technology, specially on error compensation technology, systematically perfects links in compensation,find an actually more doable method for special cases.The contents of the study are as follows:1.Research and analyses both home and abroad representative system. Based on application, functional architecture and characteristic of NC system, research and analyses typical NC system about three NC systems namely FANUC NC system, SIEMENS NC system and HUAZHONG NC system in the present market,and expound structure design of TDNC-L4 system with independence intellectual property.2. Research decoding method of finish machining program to NC lathe. Based on the traditional decoding methods, the paper puts forward a method of combination of translation and interpretation decoding, which takes two scans to separates error inspection task with interpretation decoding task. Error inspecting takes layer scanning mode to ensure that NC program be checked comprehensive and rapidly. Taking into consideration the real-time requirements of following interpretation, collation and storage of NC program according to the standard format join the decoding module in order to enhance the speed and save the memory.3.Construct error compensation model, utilization advanced double frequency laser interferometer checkout equipments measure error of machine tool, realization machine tool error real time compensation.It has research geometry (orientation) error testing and compensation technique of NC machine tool, compare system and in-depth research plane (2D) error testing, modeling and compensation technique to NC machine tool, use double frequency laser interferometer testing and setting triaxiality NC machine center tool geometrical error mathematical model base on double laser interferometer. Be on foundation of nicety mastery triaxiality NC machine center tool geometrical error, and expound utilization error compensation software. Research and utilization laser interferometer testing NC machine position error,repass NC machine tool system parameter compensation. practice show that, passing error compensation,NC machine tool machining accuracy could conspicuous improve, and could abroad application at engineering practice.
