The concrete corrosion on the buildings was very serious, and considerable efforts were being devoted to concrete protection. The purpose of this paper was to develop a kind of special coating with anti-corrosion by studying the concrete corrosion theory. The coatings were prepared using the FEVE fluorocarbon resin, the environmental protection's solvent, the organic silicone resin, and the cured agent. The effects of components on the properties of fluorocarbon and silicone-fluorocarbon coatings were studied in the paper.In the paper, the cyclohexanone and ethyl acetate were respectively used as the mixed solution. The solubility solubility parameter of mixed solution was 19.2 (J/m3)1/2 and volatilization was 2.75 when the ratio of the cyclohexanone and ethyl acetate was 1:1, and the film was smooth and uniform. The content of the fluorocarbon resin had great effect on the film properties. The results shown that the optimum point was achieved by adding 50-70% resin, and the properties were weakened when the content was less than 40%, and there were defects when more than 80%. Compared with TDI, the film had better properties when adding HDI cured agent. The FTIR indicated that the CF bonding and organic silicone-group were included in the coatings characterized. The fluorocarbon and silicone-fluorocarbon films were good on concrete by the microscopy observation. Compared with fluorocarbon film, the silicone-fluorocarbon one had better hydrophobic property. The water absorption declined from 5.6% to 1.62%, and the contact angle of the coating surface increased from 85.7°to 117.1°.The testing results on normal properties shown that the films resisted 10% sulfuric acid for 2 days, 10% hydrochloric acid for 14 days, 10% sodium hydroxide for 14 days, UV radiation tolerance for 2000 hours, water resistance for 14 days. The coatings were the anti-corrosion ones on the concrete protection.
