Metal protection plays a vital role in the issues of life,reliability and safety in the fields of microelectronics,Marine engineering facilities and equipment,construction,automotive and aerospace applications,and therefore has great economic and ecological significance.In this regard,protection through the use of barrier protective coatings is often the most appropriate option for maintaining the function of metal parts in the expected life cycle.Fluorine in fluorocarbon coating is highly electronegative,with strong carbon and fluorocarbon C-F bond energy and excellent anti-corrosivity,weather resistance,stain resistance and other properties.It is applied in various exhibition halls,landmark buildings,port machinery,bureau iron,power equipment,chemical equipment and pipelines.Acrylic resin has the climate resistance,contamination resistance,and good transparency,color shallow decomposition of ultraviolet irradiation is not easy to become yellow or superior characteristics,such as in construction,automotive,anti-corrosion and Marine antifouling is widely used,and the price cheap,abundant raw material sources,it's for the acrylic resin coating development,production and application provides a reliable guarantee.Graphene,as a nanometer additive,has a good application prospect in protective coatings due to its advantages of small particle size,good hydrophobicity,good electrical conductivity,good thermal conductivity and good chemical stability.In general,however,graphene is difficult to disperse in water and organic solvents,and whether the graphene used can be mass produced under the premise of guaranteed quality and whether the production cost can be reduced is a problem that needs to be solved.In order to solve this problem,the graphene material used in this work is a cubic structure graphene powder material(3 DG)which can be produced by mass production through the ion exchange resin cracking method with high specific surface area,high conductivity,wide raw material sources,low cost,simple synthesis process,process greatly shorten,easy to scale and industrial production,in this paper,the 3DG material added to the paint,testing its anticorrosion performance.lt provides a direction and possibility for large-scale industrial production of graphene-enhanced coatings.(1)KH5 50-3DG/fluorocarbon resin coatings were prepared by mixing KH550-3DG powder materials with different amounts of KH550-3DG with fluorocarbon resin coatings.Some properties of KH550-3DGpowder coatings with different amounts of graphene were studied.The results show that the physical properties and chemical and electrochemical properties of the coating are improved by the addition of graphene.Graphene is evenly dispersed in fluorocarbon resin coating,and new functional groups are generated without chemical reaction with fluorocarbon resin.The addition of graphene to fluorocarbon resin improved the thermal stability of fluorocarbon resin,and the thermal decomposition temperature of fluorocarbon resin coating with graphene content 0.1%was greatly improved.The maximum enthalpy of graphene was 0.1%.Degree of hardness when 0.1%increase coating is very big,resistance to impact and abrasion resistance in graphene when dosage of 0.1%increase to a great extent,and fluorine carbon coating corrosionresistance resistance to acid,alkali resistance,salt water and the fluorine carbon coating resistance to salt fog test,graphene doped greatly improves the corrosion resistance of coating,and the dosage of graphene much little influence on the performance of corrosion resistance,optimum dosage of graphene for 0.1%of the fluorine carbon coating as the optimum content of anti-corrosion,it verified from the polarization curve and impedance spectroscopy.(2)KH550-3DG/acrylic resin coatings were prepared by mixing KH550-3DG powder materials with different amounts of KH550-3DG with acrylic resin coatings.Some properties of KH550-3DG powder coatings with different amounts of graphene were studied.The results show that the physical properties and chemical and electrochemical properties of the coating are improved by resin,the thermal stability of acrylic resin,acrylic resin with 1%dosage of graphene thermal decomposition temperature of most higher than that of pure acrylic resin,improve the 6 ?,0.3%graphene heat enthalpy of the biggest,0.1%have greatly improved.Coating hardness,impact resistance and abrasion resistance in graphene when dosage of 0.1%increase to a great extent,and acrylic resin coating corrosion resistance of acid resistance,alkali resistance,resistance to salt water and salt spray test,graphene doped greatly improves the corrosion resistance of coating performance,from the polarization curve and impedance spectroscopy quantitative analysis to verify.According to the analysis of cost and comprehensive performance,the acrylic resin coating with graphene content of 0.1%has the best comprehensive performance.(3)In this paper,the SEM morphology and FTIR infrared spectral functional group of the coating were analyzed,as well as the microdispersion diagram of graphene in the coating,and the anti-corrosion mechanism was analyzed.Microscopic dispersion diagram can be analyzed according to the liquid out of graphene evenly dispersed in the paint,the whole composite structure is divided into many small,this creates a corrosive medium hinder,corrosive medium to contact metal substrate,must be sidestepped,form a tortuous path,increasing the difficulty of corrosion,O2 and H 2 O molecular penetration rate is greatly reduced.According to the SEM analysis,the disordered graphene fluorocarbon resin structure was reorganized into an orderly state,which was superimposed layer upon layer to form a dense structure.Therefore,it was difficult for some water molecules,oxygen molecules and other corrosive media to enter the metal substrate.Shielding effect:good hydrophobicity,increased the difficulty of corrosion medium infiltration surface,reduce or prevent the immersion of corrosion medium,play a role in shielding corrosion medium.Passivation effect:the reaction of graphene additive in the coating in the anode area will be passivation,thus protecting the metal material.further protecting the metal from passivation.Electrochemical anticorrosion effect:the anode reaction of steel substrate causes Fe to lose electrons and gradually corrode.The conductivity of graphene can prevent Fe to Fe3+ reaction and prevent rust formation.
