With developping of the fluorine chemistry, industries in this field grow remarkably。People can exploit for their potential function because of the marvelous fluorine atom existing in these products. The synthesis of fluorine substituted ethyl acetate in 1896 indicated appearance of the fluorine chemistry. As irreplaceable materials, chemical products with fluorine have already played an important role in the national economy for the continuous development of the whole society.In this paper, we have investigated the fluorochemical reaction of many organic compounds, such as trifluoromethylation of organic compounds. The reseach about synthesis of organic fluorine compounds and metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) containing fluorine have also been carried out. The main work included two aspects as follow:Trifluoromethylation of fluoroorganic chemistry: We have designed the synthesis routes for the trifluoromethylation of aliphatic compounds. After diethyl malonate and fresh sodium hypobromite added to a mixture of acetone and acetic acid at 0oC,α,α′-dibromo-diethyl malonate was obtained for 1.5 hours. With reaction ofα,α′-dibromo-diethyl malonate and methyl fluorosulfonyldifluoroacetate in N,N-dimethyl-formamide (DMF), CuII nitrogen, and 60-80oC for 2-6 hours,α-trifluoromethyl-diethyl malonate andα,α′-ditrifluoromethyl-diethyl malonate achieved with yields of 95.43%.Synthesis, structures and properties of fluoro-contained MOFs: (1) 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro- terephthalonitrile was obtained through three synthesis steps from 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro- terephthalic acid. The total yields were 61.8%. (2) We have synthesized fluoro-contained metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) [Ni(C8F4O4)(C5H5N)2(CH4O)2]n(1),[Cu(C8F4O4)(C5H5- N)3]n(2) from 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalic acid and 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalonitrile vas vapor diffusion and solvothermal method, respectively. The metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) were characterized by IR,elemental analyse and X-ray single crystal diffraction, meanwhile, the fluorescent properties have also been performed on these polymers.In general, the research above all suggested that trifluoromethylation of para-bromo- substituted diethyl malonate achieved. We have also acheved fluoro-contained metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) with different structures. The result will be beneficial to our further research work.
