Technical Research On Waterproof Minuteness Pulverization Of The Foliage

Technology of waterproof minuteness pulverization of the foliage is of great social value and economic value in further procession and advancing added value of farming and byproduct. This paper discusses the characteristic, comminuted mechanism, comminuted model and comminuted equipments of the foliage from waterproof minuteness pulverization mechanism and waterproof minuteness pulverization equipments of the foliage.The flow-fields of two different shearing homogenizers's cavities are studied and are also analyzed on contrast based on Fluent.Contrast of comminution effect between different waterproof pulverization equipments is made by experiment. Correlative theoretical and experimental research has also been made on the waterproof minuteness pulverization of tea,a kind of typical foliage. At last, optimization of the structure and parameters of waterproof minuteness pulverization equipments of the foliage has been performed.
