Research And Design Of Automatic Waterproof-gate System

As the coal mining from the superficial part to the depth, the mines are getting more and more serious flood threat.But at present,the waterproof-gate installed in the mine is generally needed manual operation on the spot .When the flooding occurs it can not close promptly and causes the heavy losses.Considering the mine waterproof-gate's present situation and the supervisory system's existing problem,we designed a new kind of automatic waterproof-gate system for mine ,which based on the information acquisition technology, the infromation transmission technology, the information processing and management technology and the hydraulic control technology.The system which consists of the automatic waterproof-gate,the automatic front door ,the auto-movement guide-rail,the monitoring computer on the earth , the communication sub-station, waterproof-gate controller,water-level intelligent sensor,and so on, possess monitoring function, communication function, alarm function, fault prediction and self-diagnosis function, self-protection function, hydraulic function, human-machine interface function, manual function. Once the monitoring computer receives the alarm sigal from the water-level sensor,it will send a command to close the waterproof-gate,the command was conveyed to waterproof-gate controller by the communication sub-station.The gate was closed under the control of the waterproof-gate controller.This article systemicly elaborated the automatic waterproof-gate system's function and the control system structure; Has designed waterproof-gate's basic machine part with emphasis, and has carried on the simulation and the analysis to it; Introduced in detail the M-BUS technique, the communication substation and the intelligent unit's communication interface as well as the waterproof-gate's design mentality, the principle of work and the method of realization.This system innovates the traditional mine waterproof-gate system,unifies many kinds of newest technologies, have realized the mine waterproof-gate's automation and intellectualization, has the high value of promotming to the society.
