As people's standard of living and the needs of packaging & printing growing up, the particular effects of color and anti-fake efficacy brought by spot-color ink printing get more and more favor from the company. However, the method of traditional matching color is affected by operator's physiological factors, psychological factors and other object condition, so that the quality of product can not keep stable. The method based on experience and sense is difficult to communicate with others. So, the traditional printing has not meet the needs of companies'development. This paper is to build a model used in computer color matching, which can save the time, reduce the cost, and improve the accuracy. It can ensure the replica of the original color, speed up the printing process of the data and standardization .Firstly, based on Kubelka-Munk law and weight factor method of spectrophotometric color matching, a model of computer color matching is established. Then, acording to the model, we can calculate the recipes.Lastly, experiment proves the precision of this model. From the data , the results of the color model predicted has a better anastomosis to the results of the actual color .It show a certain significance to the actual production. However model precision is affected by limited experiment condition, so it brings obvious deviation to the result of matching color. We analyze effect factors. It can provide reference value to relative research operator.
