As people's standard of living and the needs of packaging & printing growing up, the particular effects of color and anti-fake efficacy brought by spot-color ink printing get more and more favor from the company. However, the traditional printing has not meet the needs of companies, development. In this paper ,it firstly uses the theories of Kubelka-Munk and double-constant, then builds a model of spot-color ink matching on lithograph which is based on tri-stimulate value. It takes the process color ink(C,M,Y) as the basic ink. After giving the way of explain the model, it designs a corresponding experiment scheme and builds the basic database through measuring the color samples. Based on the model and math method, it gets the density of every ink. Finally, it makes the experimental test to check the precision of the model.Although it exists some error, the result of the test is mainly consistent with the result of color matching model .If we make some improvements on the model and the experiential constant, do error analysis on the original data, the difference between the model and actual result will be smaller, and this research will have more practical meaning.
