Sponsored by the plan of Gansu Province of key scientific and technical problems, carry on the research of virtual development of the new-type of high-speed shear.According to the concept and characteristic of shearing technology, define out accurate shearing way, for instance, the radial clamps shear , axial pressurizes shear , hot shear and high-speed shear ,etc, and think that high-speed shear has a bright future for the wide range of application. It is a problem that the design of the dynamical system of high-speed shear for bar steel because of the high speed of shearing blade that is above 5m/s, So based on the principle of the machine and comparisons of different kinds of high-speed shear for bar steel, the hydraulic and pneumatic type of high-speed shear for bar steel has been put forward in this paper, and it is called the hydraulic and pneumatic type because it's work circulation contains hydraulical drive on hit and pneumatical drive on backhaul.According to the characteristic and request of high-speed shear for bar steel, emphasized on the structural design of this type of high-speed shear. First, two accumulators have been designed to offer the oil with different pressure respectively in the accelerate and pressurize course, and then they could control the speed and the strength of shear more accurately when shearing different size of bar steel. Meanwhile, they could open the high-speed valves swiftly. Second, the buffer cavity and the restore cavity offer the gas with different pressure in the buffer course and the restore course respectively, so the speed of piston in the restore period could be changed easy by regulating of the pressure of the gas in the restore cavity. Furthermore, the gas in buffer cavity could protect the machine when over loading. Third, the rational way of reduce containment has been put forward to replace the way of mend the oil to avoid the hole emergence of phenomenon. Accordingly, the reduce containment subassembly in this way has been designed.Structural design of main part has been finished and 3D geometry model of them have been set up by 3D CAD software -Pro/Engineer. Furthermore, according to the working nature of the hydraulic and pneumatic type of high-speed shear for bar steel, kinetic equations of shear during every kinetic period have been establishment and the movement of piston has been illustrated with the solve of these equations by the math software-Matlab.The result of study indicates , it is correct that the principle of the hydraulic and pneumatic type of high-speed shear for bar steel which has been put forward in this paper, and it has many advantages, such as, its wide range of products, high efficiency, convenience to operate and the simple mould. So it has value researched and developed further.
