This article makes a study on the technical improvement of 6000T/Y epoxy resin fitting and makes the calculation of materiel equilibrium.The investigation on three factors are made on epoxy resin manufacturing techniques—auto-separate phase technique,remove benzene technique by film and the recycle technique of sewage which contains epoxy chloropropane,with an emphasis on the separate argumentation and engineering design about sewage which contains 6.85%epoxy chloropropane,including materiel equilibrium, conversation of energy and calculation of equipment selection.The analysis results after the running of the fitting show that the consumption of wastage of epoxy chloropropane is reduced 7.4%,the consumption of toluene 15 reduced 10%,the hydrolyze chlorine reach the design requirement at 700—900ppm and other quality indexes are under good control.Product quality can not only reach the design but also above it.
