A Research On The Design Of Multi-bar Raschel Lace Pattern

The exquisite and complicated pattern design is an important standard to measure the quality of multi-bar Raschel lace. The pattern design is a key link in the process of lace production. Especially to the company, the better pattern design of lace can create more economic benefit and wider market share. The aim of the article discusses the method of multi-bar Raschel lace fabric of pattern design. We study on the structure and style of multi-bar Raschel lace. The process of pattern design can be divided into six parts and we also summarize the method and technique of multi-bar Raschel lace of pattern design using classification methods for integration of art and technology and getting a kind of design theoretic system for the real production. These have guiding significance for the designers. This paper mainly includes several parts as follows:The theory of multi-bar Raschel lace fabric and the structure characteristic of fabric has been studied and then concept of pattern design has been cleared.By analyzing and classifying the lace pattern, the style of the lace pattern design can be divided into four parts: the European classic style, the natural rural style, the national regional style, the modern brief style.According to the desire of the pattern designers, the process of pattern design can be divided into six parts: the pattern design of lace unit, the composed pattern design, transition, connecting bridge design, the edge part design, colorful design and"flower"and"background"spatial level design. The paper expatiate the six parts and mention the design notice combining practical production and lace technological requirement.In a word, with the purpose of paying attention to the market information, fashionable trends and supply demand of market, we explore a kind of system and efficient method of pattern design through lots of practice. This paper not only supply the system guidance for the designers who get the whole pattern design knowledge and improve theoretical culture and level design, but also increase the domestic lace market's activity, promote the development of our national lace industry, and do contribution for making our country to be the central of pattern design and production.
