We have synthesized a series of coordination complexes have been synthesized using the nitrogen-containing neutral ligands, such as imidazole, 2-(pyridin-2-yl)pyridine, 1,10-phenanthroline and 1H-benzo[d]imidazole, with different salts, and also ten crystal structures of them were obtained. Eight compounds were anion water clusters coordination and they were [Ni(Im)6]·2F·5H2O (1a), [Co(Im)6]·F·NO3·2H2O (1b), [Cd(Im)6]·2F·2(H2O) (1c), [Cr(C10H8N2)(H2O)F3]·2H2O (1d), [CuCl(C10H8N2)]2[(OH)2(H2O)8]·3H2O (1e), [Co(C12N2H8)2·Cl·H2O]·4H2O·Cl (1f), [Co(Im)6]·4H2O·2Cl (1g), [Cu (C7N2H5)4·(SO4)]2·6H2O (1h), respectively. Two compounds are neutral water clusters coordination: [CuCl(C12N2H8)(NH2CH2COO)]·4H2O (2a), [Cu2(C10H8N2)(H2P2O7)(H2O)]·7H2O (2b),(C10H8N2=2-(pyridin-2-yl)pyridine, C12N2H8=1, 10-phenanthroline). Compounds (1a)-(1d) are reported firstly, and the water cluster structures are studied for the first time. The compound KNa6[VMo12O40]2(OH)(H2O)36 (3a) were obtained as the cation water cluster which contained Keggin structure.The water molecules in crystals were studied by Mercury and Diamond soft-wares. The datas shown that the guest water formed various conformations which illuminated that single bond, double bond and three bond were formed between oxygen and oxygen atoms like carbon atom. F-, Cl-, NO3-, SO42- anions, holding strong electronegative, bonded with water molecules and produced anion water cluster. It further indicated that oxygen atom, is similar with carbon atom, connected to different miscellaneous atoms. Compound (2a) crystal comprised nanometer water conduit. In compound (3a), nanometer structure of Keggin was in the core which assembled the"water cube"structure with Na+, K+ cation, water molecules.Two compounds, [Co(Im)6]·2(Im)·SiF6 (5a) and Cd2[(C10H8N2)2(H2O)4(μ-F)2]·SiF6 (5b), including SiF62- anion, were gained accidentally when we synthesized water cluster complexes. SiF62- anion balanced the charge of the compounds, and meanwhile the formations severally shown sandwich and cave structures by hydrogen-bonding formed by SiF62- anion.Six novel pyrazole derivatives ligands were synthesized by Chalcone intermediates using aldehyde and keton. These compounds have been characterized by EA, IR, UV and 1H NMR. We obtained three compounds crystal structures: 4, 5-dihydro-1, 3, 5-triphenyl-1H-pyrazole (4a), 1-(4, 5-dihydro-5-phenyl-3-p-tolylpyrazol-1-yl)ethanone (4e) and 1-(4, 5-dihydro-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-phenylpyrazol-1-yl)ethanone (4f). The non-line optical physical properties were studied for 4, 5-dihydro-1, 3, 5-triphenyl-1H-pyrazole (4a), 4, 5-dihydro-5-(4-nitrophenyl)-1, 3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole (4b), 5-(4-bromophenyl)-4, 5-dihydro-1, 3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole (4c) and 4, 5-dihydro-5-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1, 3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole (4d).The one-photon optical physical properties of compounds (4a), (4b), (4c) and (4d) in DMF solvents were investigated carefully and the one-photon fluorescence quantum yield determined. Pumped by 700-820 nm fs laser, the title compounds exhibited strong two-photon up-converted blue fluorescence in DMF.
