Metal pipes continues to play an important role in modern industry and the national economy. Corrosion of metal pipelines product tremendous harms . Coatings in the inner wall surface of the pipes can improve corrosion resistance, before the coatings must clear away the dirt such as rust, oxide layer through the pretreatment process. Pipeline inwall derusting particularly small-caliber metal pipe inwall derusting has been a problem of Surface Treatment Technology, the traditional methods of Sandblasting, pickling, Mechanical have a lot of issues such as heavily operating, high cost, production conditions, difficult to get rid of deep dusts, derusting quality instability, derusting not thorough, low efficiency. To these problems, the paper presents an innovative derusting process,using energy of the vibrational particles inwall,impacting the dusts of metal pipes, to remove the rusts inside wall of the pipeline. This process mainly used for handling small-caliber pipeline.The major work completed of the in this paper: 1) according to metal corrosion mechanism, as well as modern engineering technology in surface coating technology, analyze the principles and movement principle programs of small-caliber metal pipeline inwall vibrational derusting;2) establish and analyze the mathematical model of single-particle impacting the pipeline based on the vibration theory,3) design and equip the vibration test table using engineering software CAD and PRO / E, to enable it to vibrate in the vertical and the horizontal direction to meet the test requirements ,4)through the test and analysis of small-caliber metal pipe inwall vibrational derusting, analyse the reasonable process parameters (frequency, amplitude, abrasive size, vibration time, loading volume, etc.), to meet requirements of pre-treatment of the pipeline inner surface .Features of technical innovation1.Features: 1)mainly applicable to the diameter <100 mm, mechanical descaling, sandblasting derusting of irreplaceable small-caliber long pipeline wall surface descaling process; 2) abrasive can be used; 3) no acid-base waste, dust pollution; 4) Machinable more than one pipeline, processing efficiency; 5) through shock treatment ,remove the rusts of inwall of the pipeline,and at the same time producing the compress stress on surface, grain refinement, improving corrosion resistance.2.New technology has received the application of a new national patent (Patent No.: 200620091944.5 zl),now is declared the invention patents of China.Small-caliber metal pipe inwall vibrational derusting is a new wall derusting process, our many test show that the pipeline wall derusting technology is feasible and effective. Through establishing the mathematical model of pipeline particles impacting the pipeline and analyzing the results by change various parameters on the impact of derusting, it can provide useful reference for the factory.
