Abnormal vibration of pipeline in gas transmission station will lead to the fatigue failure of pipeline system and cause huge hidden danger of safety.The background of this paper is to study the problem of pipeline vibration exceeding the standard near the service area of JYG gas compressor station.The causes of pipeline vibration and its damping measures are studied.The vibration of pipeline can be divided into mechanical vibration and fluid induced vibration.The vibration caused by machinery is usually transmitted to the pipeline due to the unreasonable design of the body of the rotating equipment or the existence of the installation quality.The vibration caused by the fluid is usually the gas column resonance or mechanical resonance caused by the flow pulsation in the pipe.Through the investigation and analysis of the vibration pipeline in the JYG gas compressor station,the pipeline vibration caused by the installation quality of compressor and pipeline equipment is preliminarily eliminated,and then the flow field model and the pipeline structure model of the vibration section are established by using SolidWorks software.Flow field simulation,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of vibration pipeline are carried out by using the relevant modules in Ansys software.The characteristics of flow field and the dynamic characteristics of pipeline mode and coupling are obtained,respectively.The comparison software simulation results are in good agreement with the field test results.It is concluded that the reason of pipeline vibration in the service zone is the natural gas production in the vicinity of the pipe elbows and the three links.The main frequency of eddy current and eddy current is close to the natural frequency of pipeline structure,which produces mechanical resonance.In addition,eddy current causes air pulsation to generate exciting force,which makes the pipeline vibrate.Finally,according to the actual situation of JYG gas compressor station and the previous research on the vibration reduction measures,the vibration control scheme is put forward by adding constraints to the pipeline,and the natural frequency of the pipeline is obviously increased after the reinforcement by simulation.The mechanical resonance region is avoided and the amplitude of the pipe vibration in the serve zone is reduced effectively.Through the study of pipeline vibration in JYG gas compressor station,it provides the basis for solving the practical problems in the field,and also provides a reference for optimizing the design of other pipelines in the future and improving the pipeline operation efficiency.At the same time,it is suggested that in the design of natural gas station process,the violent and frequent changes of the flow field should be avoided as far as possible in order to reduce or avoid the production of fluid-induced vibration.
