Transportation of natural gas is mainly achieved by pipeline,and the pipeline is the link between natural gas pipeline development and utilization.The gas compressor is the essential way to improve the delivery of gas pressure and gas machinery,has a lot of uses.However,the compressor outlet pipeline vibration problem often encountered during the operation of the compressor,and the pipeline vibration will bring a series of problems,so study of the compressor outlet pipeline vibration and the vibration reducing measures is significant.Firstly,according to the working conditions of internal WKC3 compressor station,the vibration is mainly due to flow fluctuation?resonance and fluid-structure coupling effect.According to the data provided by the site,calculated the compressor vibration force?vibration frequency?simple column natural frequency and pressure pulsation.Secondly,according to pipeline the 3D model of pipeline provided by the site,using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,calculated the natural frequency of mechanical structure and the pipe in the pipe column,then compared with the excitation frequency,decided if there will be a mechanical structural resonances and resonant column occur.Use the ANSYS Workbench software to calculate the bidirectional transient fluid-solid coupling,calculation under different angles of the same initial conditions of vibration,drawn to certain rules,and then fluid-structure coupling analysis of the compressor outlet pipe,drawn gas pipeline vibration excitation phenomenon.Finally,according to the actual conditions,proposed the vibration reducing measures applied in the field WKC3 station,and validated the theoretical the Vibration Reducing Measures,drawn a set of measures to be applied to the station vibration.According to the compressor vibration theory and the results obtained above,can be extended to the analysis of a wide range of pipe vibration,combined with their own situation and then get the vibration reducing measures.
