In this paper,using theory,computer simulation,laboratory and field testing of combining study,the flexible shield mining technology to the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion system.Analysis of the flexible shield mining goaf spontaneous combustion of residual coal factors and the impact of spontaneous combustion source location distribution of the summary flexible shield exploitation of natural combustion characteristics,and the establishment of flexible shield mining spontaneous combustion fire control system;Coal Acquisition samples laboratory studies to determine the tendency of spontaneous combustion of coal,through artificial oxidation experiments,optimization CO,C2H4,C2H4,C3H8 four coal seam gas for forecasting indicators Spontaneous Combustion gases and CO by using indicators of the spontaneous combustion of coal seam gas prediction judgement;of flexible shield mining area falling rock characteristics of the movement is derived from flexible shield mining Air Leakage in Drag formula application network solution theory and gob leakage Drag formula Simulation gob leakage distribution and temperature distribution, determine goaf "three zones" of the scope of application of research results to the scene, an effective measure to prevent the Li Zuizi-hole Kong Ji well-140 Mine mA1 spontaneous combustion of coal seam.Through this study,the conclusions of the flexible shield to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal mining has certain guiding significance.
