Tangkou Mine 6305 Face, burden depth of 940m and surrounding rock temperature of 32 ?, belongs to high ground temperature mechanized mining face. The coal spontaneous combustion period is short because of high starting temperature of coal spontaneous combustion and good coal oxidation heat storage condition of goaf. Therefore, the coal spontaneous combustion phenomenon of goaf is serious during the mining process of high ground temperature mine, which seriously threatens the safety mining. This paper took high ground temperature fully-mechanized 6305 working face of Tangkou mine as the object and studied coal spontaneous combustion characteristics under high temperature environment,judgement of spontaneous combustion dangerous area and the fire precontrol technology of coal spontaneous combustion, which finally formed coal spontaneous combustion fire precontrol technical system of high ground fully-mechanized working face.The spontaneous combustion characteristics and spontaneous combustion period of the coal sample were tested by the coal spontaneous combustion experiment. Period of spontaneous combustion is 59d at the initial temperature of 20 ? and combustion period of 6035 Face is 45 days at ground temperature of 32 ?, which indicate change law of coal spontaneous combustion index gas during period of spontaneous combustion.Temperature programmed experiment and Fourier infrared spectrum experiment reveal that the high temperature environment can make oxygen consumption rate and CO production amount during the coal spontaneous combustion process increase significantly, which can activate reactive functional groups of coal such as -OH?-CH2-?C-O-C,et al from the perspective of macroscopic and increase oxidation activity and risk of coal spontaneous combustion. According to judgement criterion of spontaneous combustion dangerous area at goaf of high ground temperature mine,coupled with data from field observation, the numerical simulation method for determining the spontaneous combustion dangerous area of high ground temperature fully-mechanized 6305 working face was adopted,which gave the inlet side of 160m ?595m,the return air side of 145m ?410m and the minimum working face advancing speed of 5.12 m/d. High ground temperature environment has a significant influence on oxygen supply, heat storage, and oxidation heat release of coal spontaneous combustion, coupled with the actual conditions of fully-mechanized working face 6305,a precontrol method of goaf coal spontaneous combustion at the core of "plugging,inerting, cool" was proposed and a spontaneous combustion precontrol technical pattern of high ground temperature mine fully-mechanized working face was established. The apply in high ground temperature mine fully-mechanized working face 6305 of Tangkou indicates this technology system can effectively prevent coal spontaneous combustion of goaf, and the effection is obvious.
