Aramid 1313 fiber, also named in phenylene isophthalamid, is the most popular which used as lamer retardant fiber at present.. It is suitable for weaving the thermo-stable and lamer retardant fabric. However, it is expensive and difficult to dye for the high crystal degree of macromolecule material. So, It is limited the application of Aramid fiber on lamer retardant fabric .We can mix cotton or wool with Aramid to spin and choose suitable disposal by need. It can not only reduce the production cost but also improve the comfortable performance and diversity of the colour. we can choose different scale of the mixed fibers or different fibers by the need of lamer retardant. thermo-stable to make the various function of the fabric. To find the best proportion of the fibers, This experiment mixed Aramid 1313 with cotton and wool to spin respectively by different proportion, Weaved twill ,then have tested the different performance of the weave. especially the fabric limit oxygen index, vertical flammability test and thermo-gravimetric analysis. We can integrate the price and other factors of the production by the data which we tested. By analyzing the data, we can get the optimization parameter by regression design ,at last,We can get the equation of all factors. Using the equation the designer can confirm the scale of the mixed fibers by need, which can reduce the cost of the production!...
