| Soaping process after dyeing and printing of textile can wash off the unfixed dyes on the surface of fabric and improve the fastness. Adding soaping agents can improve the effectiveness of soaping,also prevent dyes restaining on to the fabric by the function of dispersing,suspending,complexing .Therefore ,it can be used to improve fastness and anti-staining property of fabric.In this paper, Polyvinglpyrrolidone was prepared by solution polymerization with N-vinylpyrrolidne as raw material, Hydrogen peroxide as initiator. The structure of products was characterized by FTIR.With Polyvinglpyrrolidone(PVP) , Polyoxyethylene Nonionic Surfactants ,polypolyacrylic Acid Sodium Salt,Maleic Anhydride—acrylate copolymer,etc,used as the raw materials,the properties of raw materials which were composed with other auxiliaries as anti-staining agents of reactive dyes were studied. The results indicated that there was strongly interaction between cationic Polyvinglpyrrolidone (PVP) and dyes, which had good effect of soaping and anti-staining. When the content was PVP: organic amines: O-25 =2︰2︰1,the soaping agent had outstanding effect of washing off the unfixed dyes and anti-staining. After soaping of dyed fabric, good rubbing fastness was achieved, which was adapted to be the anti-staining soaping agent of stamp fabric dyed by reactive dyes.With Polyvinglpyrrolidone(PVP),Polyoxyethylene Nonionic Surfactants, Maleic Anhydride—acrylate copolymer,etc,used as the raw materials,the properties of raw materials which were composed with other auxiliaries as anti-staining agents of acid dyes and neutral dyes were studied. It was found that the number 5 and 6 formulas could obtain better anti-staining effect when they were used in the soaping of silk. In washing procedures after dyeing of polyamide and wool fabric,the best formula was number 6.
