| Because lots of dyes are waste in dyeing process and the cost of production are increased in pad dyeing which pollute the environment seriously. The properties and processes of the eco-reactive dyes of Everzol ED reactive dye are studied which have good effect in the energy comsumption and pollutant discharging in the market.The continuous dyeing,the cold pad-batch dyeing and the wet short-steaming dyeing process with was studied with the eco-reactive dyes of Everzol ED reactive dye in this article.The index was tested,such as K/S,fastness,the absorbance of color deepness in washing solutions,and the influence factors such as alkali agent, additives, temperature,time was analyzeed. The optimum dyeing craf was obtained.The rate of flow value(Rf)of Everzol ED reactive dyes was studied,it was found that the ED reactive dye is appropriate in pad dyeing and the rate of flow value is low,the hue can control easily.The study show that the fiber have high fixation and luminance with the Everzol ED reactive dyes in the three different pad dyeing processes. The fiber fastness after dyeing meet the textile standards.The rate of floating color washing-off and COD was tested.the results shows that the Everzol ED reactive dyes have more effect in the energy comsumption and pollutant discharging.In the meantime,the shortened wet steaming process have more advantage than the cold pad-batch dyeing and the continuous dyeing with the Everzol ED reactive dyes,such as higher fixation and superior ecological characteristics... |
