The quality of raceway determines the bearing's performance and life. Grinding is a very important process of raceway machining. At present the domestic raceway grinding process lacks special intelligent monitoring methods. In order to provide the supports for on-line monitoring of raceway grinding process, based on the experiments, this dissertation researches the influence law of feeding state parameters on grinding quality.The whole dissertation is divided into six chapters:Chapter one begins with the significance of intelligent monitoring in the modern manufacturing. After illustrating the research status of grinding process monitoring and raceway grinding process, the necessity of research on ring raceway grinding state monitoring is introduced.In chapter two, the typical technics of ring raceway grinding is firstly researched, including grinding method and working procedure. Then the affecting factors of main quality are outlined. At last, according to the principles for featured signals, the reason for selecting the two feeding state parameters as the monitoring signals is given.In Chapter three, firstly the main functions, the software design and the hardware design of measuring system are illustrated. Secondly, the design of analyzing system is introduced, including the database design, the system interfaces and the basic analyzing methods.Chapter four firstly gives the theory analysis of power and grinding wheel's abrasion state. Through some experiments, it analyzes the relationship between main motor power and raceway roughness, and the relationship between main motor power and raceway form deviation.Chapter five firstly gives the theory analysis of feeding state parameters and the raceway roundness. Through some experiments, it analyzes the relationship between main motor power and raceway roundness, and the relationship between feeding displacement and raceway roundness.Finally, chapter six makes a conclusion of the whole dissertation and put forward the future research in this field.
