Safety Monitoring And Fault Diagnosis System For Emulsified Explosive Production Line

Along with the society's development, demand of emulsified explosion exceeds supply greatly. So the amount of the emulsified explosion production line is added simply without improvement of technology. There are still a lot of safety troubles existed. In order to resolve this problem, the thesis researches a safety monitoring and diagnosing system for emulsified explosive production line and established a set of safety evaluation system. It has been proved that the system can greatly improve the safety performance of the production line.First of all, the development situation of emulsified explosive and its producing process are introduced, as well as the development situation of emulsified explosive production line monitoring technology. The necessity of using modern vibration monitoring technology on the safety monitoring of the emulsifier, the key device of the production line, are demonstrate. Then, the domestic and overseas research and development situation of vibration signal processing technology and the system for vibration analysis are summarized.Next, the thesis has a discussion on the principle of monitoring and diagnosing of the emulsifier, which provides support for the system design in theory. A test-bed imitating the emulsifier is designed to find the vibrant characteristic when it has fault or is in different condition. Based on these researches, the safety monitoring and diagnosing system for emulsified explosive production line are developed. Strategy design and structure of the system, main function characteristic, its key technologies and database design are introduced.This system has been used on two production lines in the last one year and has colleted a lot of data, which has been analyzed. According to the analysis, the safety evaluation system is established.Finally, this thesis summarizes the paper, points out unfathomed problems and indicates what should do in the following phase.
