It's very important to know the information of the thermodynamic process in the industrial furnace. The project group which this author work in has done much work on the detection and visualization of two and three-dimension temperature, and has successfully been used in the Temperature-Online-Detection-System of the Station Boiler. This technic can get the three-dimension temperature distribution of the station boiler via the analysis of its flame radiation images taken by CCD cameras. This technic also has been successfully used in the industrial furnace.A Temperature Online Detection System of industial furnace has been developed, and used in the second heating section of the third funace of Wuhan Hot-Rolled Steel Company. But a more credible and more perfect system is expected.Based the forementioned technic, this paper studies about thermal-conduction inside the billet.According the thermal-conduction theory,it builds a model about sectional temperarure field of the billet, and obtains rebuilding algorithm in expilict differentiation through principle of energy conservation. With the result of three-dimention temperature field inside the furnace, this paper gives the result of the temperature field inside the billet by iterative caculating. And by programming in Borland C++ Builder,it is made out to visualize the result of rebuilding for real-time adjustment to the combustion inside the furnace. To certificate the rebuilding model and algorithm, the result of rebuilding will be compared with that of "Black-Box" experiment. Then the rebuilding model and algorithm will be cretified to be correct as the error could be accepted.
