Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 (LAS) is one of the most valuable and widely used glass ceramic systems. In this paper, the preparation technique and the properties of Li2O-A12O3-SiO2 glass ceramic had been studied. And also Electrophoresis Deposit coatings and the pretreatment of the Metallic Matrix had been partially studied in this paper.Through the preparation of glass ceramics, the measurement of various properties of the samples and the testing method such as Thermomechanic Analyzer,Differential Thermal Analysis,X-ray Diffraction and Scanning Electronic Microscope, the melting temperature and time of basic glass had been determined, and the zero-expansion ceramic glass in the range of temperature 0400℃had been prepared. Through the study of the crystallization properties of the LAS glass ceramic, the optimal processing of the two-step heat-treatment been determined, and a method which can easily find the optimal preparation technique for different glass ceramic system had been summarized. Through the measurement of the properties of various composition of the basic glass and conclusions been drawled are as follows: a small amount of ZnO would obtain a glass ceramic system of smart grain size, consequently, the mechanic properties such as the Bent Strength and the Infrared Transmitting capability increased; the addition of 2wt% fluoride would made a reduction of the crystallization peak temperature, and increase the crystalline of the LAS glass ceramic remarkably.Thought the studies of the pretreatment of the metal, the pretreatment of anodic oxidization combined with thermal oxidization had been determined, and proved the effect of the new pretreatment excelled the effect of normal pretreatment.Through study of the selection of the dispersion agent and dispersion system, and the preparation of the disperse system, a technique of the taking of TC-WT as the dispersion agent, the taking of 60% alcohol of the intermixture of alcohol and liquid glass as the dispersion system and the solid content of 8% would obtain steady suspensions.Through a profound study of the influence of Electrophoresis Deposit parameters on the coatings,the optimal electrophoresis deposit parameters had been ascertained, and an appraisement of the properties of the electrophoresis deposit coatings had been made.
