Copper has a very important strategic position in the development of national economy, and are nonrenewable resources. Copper resource is mainly poor in grade in china, and it tend to be poorer, tinier and more complex as the mine are exploited more and more deeply. And with the development rate of society and technology of china, the demand of high grade mineral resources and copper are expanding constantly, which are making the gap between supply and demand becoming larger and larger. Therefore, it is a very big issue in technological innovation to alleviate the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources to make the gap smaller and keep national economic sustainable development. Aiming at the quality of Chinese copper resource, it has significance mining to enhance comprehensive utilization of low grade copper resource for economy and society.This paper chooses the polymetallic symbiotic mine in Anqing Copper Mine of Tongling Nonferrous Metal Group Company, the main metal minerals are chalcopyrite,magnetite,pyrrhotite and Pyrite. and the quality of raw material are much complicated. The recovery of copper concentration and it is hard to make full use of valuable elements. That owing to many factor ,such as the rough grain is lacking grinding, the fine grain is excessively grinded, the ore character is complex and variable, the regime of medicament is unreasonable, etc.On the comprehensive study and analysis of the relation of main mineral compositions in the ore , and combining the character of the ore, many research were done mainly on three aspect to lift the recovery rate of concentration and enhance the comprehensive utilization in this paper.â‘ Ginding: change the operate condition,ball proportion,grinding concentration, grinding fineness, etc.â‘¡Flotation reagent syetem: change the collector and its dosage,the dosage of frother,pH,etc.â‘¢Flotation technologic process: we optimize the flotation technologic process acceding to professor Peng-huiqing's patent technology of selective regrinding of middlings. Through the experimentation, we found better grinding condition , flotation reagent system and flotation technologic process, and attain much ideal copper separation's index, which supply detail theoretic datus for technical reform in Anqing copper mine.Based the laboratory experimentation and analysis, we did semi-industrial contrast test, we got much better mineral processing indexes by debugging and optimizing the technologic process . The datus of the semi-industrial test show that the disposal ability of the mill is lifted 11%, and the energy consume is reduced at the new grinding condition. At the same time, it makes the...
