The Study On Improvement On Post-processing Technologies Of 6-Nitro-1,2-Azoxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic Acid's Nitrification Mother Liquor

To treat such Mother liquor , it not only can recovery the valuable material, but also prevent the Environmental Pollution.Through researching the 6-Nitro-1,2-Azoxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid Mother liquor's coordination extraction and chelation adsorption, We get the optimum extraction conditions are: At the temperature of 20℃, 30%N-235 as Complex agent, 70% Chloroform as Diluent, the two agents composite the Extracting agent, when the extracting agent and Mother liquor's volume ratio is 1:1, extracte 30 minutes ,the extraction rate reaches 96.1%, the quality score of 12%(m:v)NaOH as reextracting agent, anti-extracte 30 minutes, as compared to the oil phase , the volume ratio is 1:2, the anti-extraction rate reaches 94.3%.Useing LXA-300 resin chelate Zn2+ to dynamic chelate and absorb 6-Nitro-1,2-Azoxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid and 8-Nitro-1,2-Azoxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid in the Mother liquor. At the temperature of 20℃, the adsorption velocity is 3BV/h, the resin adsorption capacity is the Absorbance 5.6 per gram.The 4% NaOH and 10% NaOH Solution as Desorption agent, respectively elute 6-Nitro and the 8-Nitro, desorption rate is1.5BV/h-3BV/h. There are two eluting peaks, and the distance is far between them. Through carrying out the Determination of Liquid Chromatography, the result shows that the material eluted down by 10% NaOH is 6-Nitro-1,2-Azoxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid,and the material eluted by 4% NaOH is 8-Nitro-1,2-Azoxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid.
