In the film production process, there will be adhesion, this process will add a variety of additives, while the transparency of the film decline.In this paper , we make SiO2 powder that be treated by KH-570 blend with EG.We synthetic PET by Semi-continuous esterification method and test the PET by X-Ray,DSC,SEM,etc.We analysis the treated powder and find that the SiO2 that place over a long period of time will reunite。After ultrasonic treatment SIO2 can be effectively dispersed in the EG, and with the time of ultrasound,the dispersity will be better.Through the IR and TG,we find that SiO2 and KH-570 occurred in a chemical reaction,When the quality of the SiO2 and KH-570 is 1:1 ,KH-570 can achieve the complete package SiO2 surface coverage.The modified PET of the SEM test showed that the modified SiO2 can be dispersed evenly in the PET, with the increase in the amount of SiO2, the effect of dispersion descend, with the ultrasound time, dispersion effect will be betterThrough the viscosity of the test , the nanocomposite of molecular weight and viscosity increases with the content coming down. DSC shows that with the increasing of SiO2 ,PET's Tg, Tc decline, Tm up after the first drop.The crystallization of PET performance tests show that SiO2 in the PET played the role of the nucleating agent, with the addition of SiO2 increases, the crystallization rate of change fast, crystallinity increases.
