In order to strengthen the conducting property, antistatic masterbatch and PET were blended for spinning, respectively added metal powder, metal halide and carbon nanotubes in that system.In addition, adopted metal halide solution to treat antistatic winding fiber,antistatic drawing fiber and antistatic industry fiber.It was found that the conducting property of fiber was not obviously improved through the blending method, the value of volume resistivity did not change significantly. The antistatic textile fiber treated with metal halide solution,after washing, The conclusions were as follows:①the volume resistivity of antistatic winding fiber was dropped by an order of magnitude through ultrasonic vibration; the volume resistivity of antistatic winding fiber was dropped slightly through hot drawing in metal halide solution,then through ultrasonic vibration, the volume resistivity of fiber was mounted up.②the volume resistivity of antistatic industry fiber was rised as a whole through basification and ultrasonic vibration,conducting performance had not improved.③the value of volume resistivity of antistatic drawing fiber might reach 7.2×10~6Ω·cm ,it had reached the level of conductive fiber. The result of mechanical properties test showed that the conducting fiber with surface treatment was not changed obviously.
