Positioning system applications field such as CNC production,economical positioning system transformation and robots,there are more than two-thirds of the system using stepping motor as a servo control system,and mainly used in higher resolution of the open-loop positioning system and low-speed open-loop speed control system.But there is oscillation area in the open-loop control system,it should be avoid otherwise oscillation will happen,even lead to out-of-step.For the above,in order to enhance the existing stepping motor system performance, the article study on the classic PID control theory and modern fuzzy control theory, which combined modern fuzzy control theory with PID control theory,build appropriate fuzzy PID control architecture for the stepping motor control system,design corresponding control rules and strive to be better than both of control.At the same time, use MATLAB/Simulink to verify the fuzzy PID controller and design simulation verification platform based on MATLAB / Simulink,done the experiment of compare Fuzzy PID control algorithm with classic PID control,Experiments show that Fuzzy PID controller is an ideal method of control,the system has higher performance,it can improve the phenomenon of out-of-step or oscillation that in the stepping motor control system.Further research is done on Fuzzy PID controller based onμC/OS-Ⅱ+ ARM platform,the core of which is fuzzy PID control procedures achieve.And done the work to combine MinGUI with TFT-LCD as a result design a good man-machine interactive interface.On the basis of the work have finished,the paper also design a hardware simulation platform based on Proteus,which can blocking partition to verify the hardware program results.Finally,build a Stepping motor position servo systems which contains the controller,drive,stepping motor,photoelectric encoder,can verify fuzzy PID controller performance.The paper proposed to build high quality man-machine interactive interface such as TFT because a higher quality man-machine interactive interface is needed in some occasions just like motor unit,and have done some corresponding preliminary design.
