After having analyzed the research results of Qi Jiang, Guo Ronghua, Gao Mingdong, etc, this paper has conducted the research of their uninvolved work .This paper mainly uses the silica gel column to adsorb the non-hydrocarbon component in the crude oil sample and obtains the blank oil sample. The polar components in the fuel oil withdrawn by the silica gel column were mixed into the fuel oil to formulate standard samples with certain density of the sulfur and nitrogen compounds. Finally the model fuel oil is prepared. This paper uses the orthogonal tests with five factors & four quantity levels to determine their stabilities separately. We added the common sulfide and nitride compounds in the fuel oil into the model fuel oil in accordance to a certain way, to study their effects to the stability of fuel oil.This paper has mainly studied the following content:(1) Various kinds of sulfur and nitrogen compounds'effects on the gasoline oxidation induction period were analyzed;(2) Change tendency and reasons of the gasoline oxidation stability before & after desulphurization & denitridation were analyzed;(3) Daqing hydrogenation diesel oil with low sulfur and nitrogen content was taken as blank diesel oil, and common sulfide and nitride compounds in the fuel oil were added into the blank oil by a certain way to prepare model fuel oil. The model fuel oil's oxidation stabilities were determined separately, and the influence factors and reasons were analyzed.(4) Each kinds of diesel oil produced by Lanzhou petrochemistry subsidiary company were treated by desulphurization & denitridation, After these treatments, their sulfur and nitrogen compounds content and the oxidation stability were determined separately, and the influence factors were analyzed and compared with the model fuel oil.(5) The catalytic cracking diesel oil with the highest sulfur and nitrogen content was taken as the study object, and the accuracy of the former experiment conclusion about sulfur and nitrogen compounds types which influence the diesel oil oxidation stability was confirmed.Through carrying on qualitative analysis of various polar components on GC/MS, main factors which influence the fuel oil stability were confirmed. The research indicated that non-alkalinity nitride, alkalinity nitride & acidic sulfide can cause the stability of fuel oil decline. But a certain content of sulfide compounds such as sulfur ether & thiophene can inhibit the fuel oil's own oxidation, and improve its oxidation stability.
