In recent years,the technology of Numerical Control is being developed fast in high efficient,high precision and high intelligent direction.So,it is an urgent question extremely with actual significance to improve the automation of the NC—machine tool,regard its precision and efficiency as the goal,optimize various parameters processed in Numerical Control constantly,and select the optimum seeking of the parameter after optimizing.Cutting tool path of NC machining is one of the important parts to determine NC machining Process. Whether the tool path quality is good or bad will directly affect the machining and the machining cost of part. Ball-end milling cutting tool is the key cutting tool of the complex surface. The cutting power of Ball-end milling cutting tool is the base of Choosing machine tool , cutting tool , clamp tool and realizing the optimizing of milling technical parameters.In this paper,we studied the Ball-end milling least cutting force fluetuating based on theory. In process of NC machining, especially in process of machining complex surfaces, the cutting conditions can change. However, cutting parameters are still chosen artificially and remain unchanged in present process of NC machining, which causes the decrease of NC machine productivity.In NC processing, reasonably chooses the cutting parameter to guarantee the product quality, to enhance the productivity correctly, reduces the production cost to play the extremely vital role. In recent years, along with NC technology universal application, as well as each kind of advanced technique of manufacture rapid development, produces the non-cutting time to reduce greatly , correspondingly , the cutting time occupies the proportion greatly enhances. Therefore reduction machining time , to enhances the productivity to play the vital role. At present,the majority factories depend on the experience or the reference cutting specifications handbook in the production choose the cutting specifications, this often cannot achieve the cutting parameter optimal. Using the modern cutting theory, mathematics modelling and the model analysis method seek the cutting parameter the most superior combination, is cuts the parameter choice an important direction.This article mainly discusses the method of how to get the optimized cutting conditions for machining on the numerical control machine.Then presenting the flow chat of program and the actual example of how to get the optimized cutting conditions for cutting in detail. In this paper, the optimization of varying machining parameters is discussed. It can improve the efficiency technologists could be released from the effectively. Using the repeated handwork,for NC cutting operations method a great deal of and rationalization and standardization of cutting can be improved and well parameters will economy benefits be realized, productivity of the machining center should be obtained consequently.
