Casting objection has been a greatly concern problem which is closely related the quality of castings to practitioners, the investigation of its causes and the possibility to predict in advance the possible casting objection also has been a primary task and direction of technical personnel after objection happens, but In fact,we often suffer from lack of a systematic theoretical and practical tools. Especially for a bulk of objection losting when happens, we can not investigate because of no the technical traceability,this phenomenon prevails in the foundry industry and sometimes technical staff unable to do anything really. Exploration of its main reason is because there is no good means of online detection and control. Then study how they could quickly and accurately analyze the causes of objection or control ahead of time? Casting technical staff also ongoing efforts to try to find a practical solution. But the end result of many factors the casting and the interaction between various factors and on-line information too difficult to do. Fortunately, however, with the birth of the computer and its increasingly well-developed,it does doubt to provides a very favorable tool for the field of casting objection analysis and control because of a variety of professional and powerful integrated software for a large number of logic functions and the rapid processing of information.Any research should focus on practical issues, namely, the study has practical significance greater. This issue from the realities of 06A cylinder block , efforts to resolve practical problems and have achieved some results.1. Design and Development of sand-hole objection 06A cylinder block controlling-online systems, advanced forecast sand-hole objection of 06A cylinder block and realize rate of sand-hole objection controlling-online;2. By entering the actual technical parameters to forecast sand-hole objection and solve the problem ahead of time, realizing loss Minimize, profits maximize;3. The realization of controlling-online and data sharing, so that the relevant employees hold the necessary information in a timely to improve the level of casting production together;4. To make a effective link between computer technology and the casting production and apply scientific and technological means to solve the issue of actual production. FAW Foundry Co., Ltd. is a professional large-scale foundry, has several decades of production history, production is high-volume assembly-line, annual output can meet the load a few 100000. However, quality control basically follows the traditional model, that is, in an attempt to identify the causes of the problem after quality problem of castings, but production did not follow the objective of this law, some issues are often briefly which do not have the technical traceability, not to mention casting production itself or the formation of an integrated process, the process is very complicated. Even longer period of time have been problems, find out the real reasons to be taken further measures to solve them, often has been that there is a bulk waste, economic loss and to the difficulties caused by the production organizations can well be imagined. Taking into account the water mass production and the casting process is relatively stable and raw material supply has also been casting stereotyping, in which case, there are often waste law and the reasons for a certain degree of bias. Looking at these characteristics, if takes the practice can be derived from the production of information and uses of appropriate means to control waste the number minimize of purpose, that is to achieve the quality of the casting production line control,this will be a very effective way to avoid the production of the fundamental approach to blind obedience, so that both a reduction of economic losses, but also facilitate the organization of production, truly nipped in the bud. Defects in the domestic online now engaged in the development of control system design is a few units and individuals, therefore, through the study of this topic would like to study in this area start to play a role.06A Cylinder block of the basic status quo as follows: after the objection was found to statistical analysis of its causes, then find a solution from a single point, although a number of issues to resolve, however, has been the loss of bulk waste is irreversible. However, the impact of factors in each process to allow time for the scope of the reject rate is exceeded there will be problems. In order to solve this problem, this paper produced by FAW Group 06A cylinder block of the status to design and development the sand-hole objection online control system of 06A cylinder block. This system can achieve purposes while side of the control of production-line control, through introduction the concept of "QUANZHONG" of considering the impact of the various factors to predict and control the sand-hole objection situation when the impact of factors in each process.In this paper, firstly statistical analysis the most major defects 10 defects on the rate of sand-hole objection and solution degree of influence each factor ( "QUANZHONG"), and then statistical analysis to predict whether or not the criterion(standard deviation)of objectionand which be validated in the theoretical and practical circumstances, validation results show that this criterion can be used as sand-hole objection to predict whether or not. Through establishment mathematical models and achieve data analysis with computer language, finally workout system use of Visual Basic 6.0. The system can be forecast in advance 06A cylinder block sand-hole objection and given message to control and resolved the problem, realization the rate of sand-hole objectionto minimize waste; minimize wear and tear; profit maximization, I hope the system can play the role of a forward, so that the computer projections in the application ofobjection have been grown by leaps and bounds.Chapter II provides a brief introduction of the 06A cylinder block, including the production line and production process, followed by a brief introduction of the deficiencies of factors, such as the size of the problem, casting defects, defects in the casting of more detailed description of the waster rate, identified the most important deficiencies that is sand-hole objection.Through for history information of statistics and analysis, summarized the most direct various types of factors of the 06A cylinder block sand-hole objection and introduced classification of sand-hole objection also.The main contents of Chapter III is the pre-calculated design work of prediction system, first of all, concluded the impact of a single element for sand-hole defect rate, and then through a combination of practical and theory to establish the mathematical model and calculate the various parameters, including the "QUANZHONG" and "standard deviation", and finally, validated the standard deviation in theory and practical production, validation results show that: the standard deviation demands to design requirements and it can be as the actual production determine gist forecasts which whether or not.Chapter IV introduces the development of forms and procedures. First introduced the choice of developing software and systems applications setting, through compare the interests to choice Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as the development software of the system finally, and gives recommendations of the system environment, and then introduced the development of various window and gives the main procedures of the system, finally introduced the results is how to give a message, that is the greatest advantages of the system. Drawed the following conclusions in this paper:(1)Aimed at the contradiction of adopting single factor control measure to defend found objection currently,but often appears that found objection more beyond sign when single factor be not beyond sign.I put forward many factor comprehensive add-power method firstly,which add all factors effect of affecting the same objection to judgment to blemish creation of influence with them comprehensive function, development to use many factors control act for single factor control technique, availably overcome this contradiction. (2)Through introducing of "QUANZHONG" concept which shall get objection infection degree of every influence factor to be tolerance, then judged objection probability size according to departure instance of influence factor target and established integrated relationship which judges to exist sand-hole or not( whether the number to be allow)with statistics analysis method, and according to practice instance of technics parameter change in one year and objection number,concluding and summarizing standard windage which judge change of technics parameter whether caused objection overtake sign for the real produce control to offer quantitative data.(3)Through a combination of theory and practice to establish a mathematical model of the system: . I apply Visual Basic 6.0 to compile procedure of the sand-hole objection controlling-online system, By calculating the actual production value of each factor and an integrated deviation compared with the standard deviation to determine the probability of the objection size and regulated technics parameter if the size beyond standard deviation or in gear. After performance test in the FAW two Casting Company, it can realize online forecast and control to sand-hole objection in random time and solve ahead of time the question and control waster rate within request.
